Emailmovers Ltd is the data controller for the personal data processed through the Emailmovers Simple Mailer platform. If you have any questions about how we handle your data, contact us at support@emailmovers.com.

We collect the following categories of personal data:

• Account data: your email address and company name, provided when you sign up
• Campaign data: contact lists you upload (email addresses, names), email designs you create, and campaign delivery results (opens, clicks, bounces)
• Payment data: processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details on our servers
• Usage data: pages visited, features used, and IP addresses, collected to maintain and improve the service
• Cookies: a session cookie (essential) and optional analytics cookies, described in section 7 below

We use your personal data for the following purposes:

• To provide the email marketing service, including storing your campaigns, contact lists, and delivery analytics
• To process payments for credit packs and domain purchases
• To send you magic link sign-in emails so you can access your account
• To create your sending infrastructure, including registering a sending domain and configuring email profiles
• To improve our service through analytics, only if you have consented to analytics cookies

The legal basis for processing your account data, campaign data, and payment data is the performance of our contract with you. The legal basis for analytics processing is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

We share your data only with the following third parties, and only as necessary to deliver the service:

• Instiller (email delivery partner) — processes your contact lists and sends emails on your behalf
• Stripe (payment processor) — processes your payments securely
• Google Cloud Platform (hosting provider) — hosts the application and stores your data
• GoDaddy (domain registrar) — registers sending domains purchased through the platform

We do not sell, rent, or share your data or your contact lists with any other third parties.

• Account data: kept until you delete your account
• Campaign data: kept until you delete it or delete your account
• Contact lists: kept until you delete them or delete your account
• Payment records: kept for 7 years as required by UK tax law

You can delete your campaigns, contact lists, and account at any time from within the platform. To request full erasure of your data, contact us at support@emailmovers.com.

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), you have the following rights:

• Right to access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Right to rectification — ask us to correct any inaccurate data
• Right to erasure — ask us to delete your account and associated data
• Right to data portability — export your contact lists in CSV format
• Right to withdraw consent — withdraw your consent for analytics cookies at any time by clearing your browser storage
• Right to lodge a complaint— you may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk

Your data is processed and stored within the EU/UK. Our application is hosted on Google Cloud Platform in the europe-west2 (London) region. We do not transfer your personal data outside of the EU/UK.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email. The date at the top of this page shows when the policy was last updated.
